We proudly serve a selection of custom aged, �USDA PRIME� corn-fed Midwest beef.  Our 1800 broiler sears our steaks with a generous char, which gives our steaks maximum flavor.

OUR SEAFOOD

 

Our seafood is delivered daily in limited amounts to assure freshness.  Please be aware that it is our deliberate attempt to run out of certain items to assure quality.  Our lobster is from the cold waters of Western Australia, which provides a firm shell with the sweetest most succulent meat you can find.  Our colossal Mexican Gulf Prawns are simply the richest most flavorful prawns in the world.  Our Dungeness crab comes from the ice-cold waters of the Pacific, with more flavor than any other crab there is.  We serve only fresh fish, in season.  We accept no substitute.

 

 

 

OUR DESSERTS

 

 Our desserts are freshly made daily, on premise by our pastry chef.  All of our items are signature recipes and unique in flavor & quality.

 

 

 

OUR PACE

 

Our normal flow of service is in a comfortable, attentive manner.  If you are in a hurry, just let us know and we�ll speed it up.  If you wish to take it slow and draw out your dinner, just let us know.  Whatever pleases you?

 

 

OUR BAR

 

We serve only premium top shelf alcohols, free poured by an experienced and knowledgeable staff.  We use only freshly squeezed citrus juices in our house, making superior signature drinks.
